Membership Information
As Box Hill is a "Dry Area" as defined by the Liquor Code, the Box Hill RSL must operate as a private club in order to serve alcohol. All persons entering the Box Hill RSL must either be a member of the RSL or signed in as a guest, by a member
There are several categories of membership
Service $40.00 per year
Available to members of the Armed forces,
either past or present
Affiliate $40.00 per year
Related to members of the Armed forces
Social $40.00 per year
Those wishing to participate in the activities of the RSL
Community $2.00 per year
Those wishing to partake of meals, drinks or the gaming room

Dress Code
To maintain the high standard enjoyed in our Club we request the dress code be abided by.
The following dress is not permitted at any time:
- Singlets
- Men's headwear
- High visibility work wear
- Leotards
- Training apparel
- Football shorts, stubbies or similar
- Thongs or scuffs
- Untidiness, faded or frayed clothing
- Bare feet
Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy at all times
Management decisions shall be final on all matters relating to Dress and Behaviour
NB: Obscene or offensive language or clothing will not be tolerated

Roof Top Bar
The RSL has added to its range of function spaces, a large open-air deck with stunning views stretching all the way to the Great Dividing Range. It has a roof for the inclement weather, and heaters provide comfort for the full year.
It is open Friday Night and Sunday afternoon with live entertainment.
