Entrée
Avocado and prawn cocktail on an ice berg lettuce salad topped with seafood sauce
Chilled chicken, apricot and pistachio terrine served with onion capsicum jam and green apple salad
Smoked salmon and cherry tomato salad with house made Baba Ganoush
Main Course
Moroccan spiced chicken breast served with spinach leaves and Baba Ganoush
Black Angus porterhouse (200g) ‘Classic Steak Dianne’ with potato mash
Twice cooked loin of pork served on sautéed potatoes with sauerkraut and a creamy fig sauce
Herb crusted salmon fillet served with potato mash, roasted cherry tomatoes and caper berries
Sides - Chefs selection (subject to change depending on seasonality)
Dessert
Trio of premium Ricketts Point Ice Cream with berry coulis and pistachio praline
Brandy snap basket filled with double cream and topped with seasonal fruit
Traditional Scottish Cranachan with raspberries, double cream, almonds and shortbread

Minimum spends apply when the restaurant is to be booked out for a function -
o Monday to Friday - $1500.00.
o Saturday - $2000.00
o Sunday -$2500.00
